The Voters’ Assembly is the governing body of the congregation, overseeing all ministries and related organizations. It meets at least twice annually, with decisions made by majority vote—except for matters of doctrine and conscience, which are guided by God’s Word. Meetings are announced in advance, and all voting members present constitute a quorum.
